The Kingpin is not happy. His so-called "buisness" has been getting interrupted wherever his prime locations are- Gotham City, Hell's Kitchen and Queens. Three meddling vigilantes are the reason for the huge loss he and his partners are now facing. Hence, he is setting up a group of villains, who, he thinks, will easily defeat the meddlers.
